Dischem deliberately refuses to honor their promise to deliver child's urgent medication

Dischem Olympus promised to deliver medication for my son urgently today at 9:30 and I told the ladies he ran out of his chronic medication and he needs it urgently and it was not delivered. I phoned at 12:00 and again at 15:30, spoke to Karen and the Dispensary Manager I left my mobile number and I still don't have the medication.
