Dischem delay

Online orders are advertised as delivered in 3 to 5 working days. Between the RAM Couriers and Dischem circus I will have my parcel delivered 9 days after ordering. Each company blames the other. Isn't that so typical of business in SA? In the meantime they have my money and I have no goods. No wonder the SA economy is not growing; with businesses like this tripping over their own feet.
