Dischem Dainfern - Disappointing customer service

Very disappointing customer service. The chemist made me feel as though assisting me with my prescription was an inconvenience, and her attitude throughout the interaction was extremely rude and unwelcoming.

I asked her if there was a problem because of the way she was treating me, but she simply said no and continued with the same attitude. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable or safe receiving medication from her, so I asked her to please return my prescription so I could take it elsewhere.

What was most disappointing was the complete lack of concern or apology. She simply moved on to the next customer as though nothing had happened.

Customers should feel respected, comfortable and safe when dealing with healthcare professionals. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
