Dischem customer service is awesome

Wow, all I can say is that this is the best customer service ever. I live in Abu Dhabi and wanted to give my script in so that my parents can bring my medication when they come to visit. Because it is a substantial amount, I wanted to pay on line. I first send an email to the Dischem customer service where I received a reply from Prudence, who really made an effort to track my script that I have submitted on line to the store closest to my parents - Jean Avenue where Zabeth Els helped me and sent me a scanned copy with a message because their emails were not working. A big thank you to all of you. I really, really appreciate it.
