Dischem Customer Care Nonsense

You would swear Dischem customer service is non existent, they seem to respond with 1 - 2 liners every 2-3 weeks.

Small fix requests can easily take weeks leading up to months.

To reset a simple app has taken me 5-6 weeks.

Is the customer careline monitored by 1 person or a chat bot?
