Dischem covid site with staff without a mask.

My wife and I went for our first vaccine shots on Friday the 10th of September at dischem mall of the south. First we walked past the vaccine site since we didn't know exactly where it was. My wife showed me we had walked past but i said it couldn't be because there was a staff member standing in the front helping people without a mask. He overheard me and gave me attitude saying but he only had his mask off for 2 seconds.. Then moving on to help another customer saying to her that I have issues. I said to him I don't feel safe going there for my vaccine as they are not working according to covid protocol. His reply was that I'm free to leave . I reported this to the manager which then helped us with forms and then took us to the vaccine site. While there the staff member in question was casually getting his lunch going out looking as if nothing in the world was wrong. In other words the manager never took the situation further. Showing the staff that its acceptable to go without a mask.
