DISCHEM COVID DRIVE THROUGH TESTING LIE

I am extremely disappointed in your branches service- Willowbridge Tygervalley.

Last Thursday, 11th of June I went for the drive through covid test. On your website its advertised that you get your results within 3 - 5 days which is a LIE. Today is a week later and NOTHING. I've been calling since Monday, 15th of June and I always get the same results. The sister at the clinic takes my details, says she's going to call me back and no one does, then I have to call back again and again to hear the same story. It' s pathetic how you can offer such disgusting service.

No SMS communication NOTHING. I'm really fed up. I'm going to Hello Peter, Twitter, Facebook etc to expose the lies about this Covid Testing Station Service you're providing. I'm a single Mother and now I'm forced to stay home while waiting for my results. My boss is furious plus I cant see my child because she's with her father while I'm awaiting my results which means I cannot see her... but there's no URGENCY from you either.

I'm actually so angry because I was going to go to PathCare but decided to go through Dischem because of the convenience. I'm dissapointed. I would like a refund so I can go and get a test elsewhere.
