Dischem COVID Bad Service

I took someone to have a COVID 19 test a week ago to DISCHEM SANDTON and she still has no results. We paid R850 rand and were told the results would take about 48 hours. It is understandable that one is nervous about receiving results and that speed is so important not only to put your mind at rest but to keep others safe too. I called Dischem yesterday and was told to email Dischem which I reluctantly did. It has been more that 24 hours and still we have NO RESULTS and NO EMAIL REPLY. I now want a refund as I feel the results are now irrelevant I they have wasted my time and money!
