Dischem Couriers not reliable

I have placed 2 orders via Dischem Online. My 2nd order arrived without issue 2 days ago. My 1st order, THEIR courier states delivery has failed since 2 days ago. I have logged a query ***) for assistance and was told my order was handed to another courier. Now when I phoned, the status on my delivery was still as failed. This order contains meds that I have to continuously use to prevent pain. But the care I get from Dischem to ensure my parcel is delivered it not existent. They could not care less. For all I know my parcel has been claimed and enjoyed by someone else.
