DISCHEM MANAGEMENT kindly be aware that RAM couriers delivered to my DURBAN address a parcel labelled to a purchaser in BLOEMFONTEIN. I am not emailing your customer "careline" as the reponse to my earlier complaint was even less intelligent than replies made by AI-bots (which I thought she WAS).
