Dischem consultant-Ghandi Square

The stuff member at Dischem Ghandi Square are so unprofessional and there is no willingness to assist. I have had this 3 times from 3 different consultants. When you get to the till they just stare at you... There is zero communication and it is I(the customer controlling the call). Yesterday I was with a friend and they did the same thing to hear in my presence, I was so confused, so was my friend. I told her they are clearly all like that. We went to the till my friend took out 1 of her stuff from the basket. She was looking for her card, the consultant sat there staring at us, I asked my friend is this all you taking, she responded no I'm buying everything in the basket. She just looked at us... After we left, my friend was like what just happened, she didn't even talk or assist me... My response they are like that, it's really shocking cause we really love Dischem products. The service specifically at Ghandi Square.
