DISCHEM COMPLAINT

Dischem pharmacy, Clearwater Mall has had the most disappointing service for the past months. I am a regular customer there and I am not happy with most of the female staff at the Dischem. They’re not helpful and instead display a rude attitude when I have been in need of assistance from them. They’ve not only been rude to me, yet my mother too. Earlier this year I wanted a B12 shot, I was told that it’s R100 and when I went to Dischem at Campus Square and Rosebank Mall it’s R60. I was also assisted by a female then about the B12 shot. Today (01/05/20) as it’s lockdown, they’re not patient and helpful, such when asking which aisle to go to for something, one female staff member ignored me and instead decided to assist the people behind me. I am very disappointed with the service at this Dischem. Is it because I’m a young lady they don’t see the need to take me seriously?
