Every staff member has a problem reading. it is also evident when you ask for your Annual Tax Medical Prescription expenses, and they customer care staff keep on sending you your benefit card list transactions instead. On top of that, EVERYTHING IS ILLEGIBLE. Most pathetic pharmacy. No professionalism. And they take weeks to do anything for years at a time, since forever. Even the air they breathe is an excuse to get paid and not do any work and deliver NO SERVICE AT ALL.
