Dischem clinic Mafikeng terrible service

I am dissatisfied with a terrible service received from Dischem Mafikeng (Megacity) today on the 07 September 2023, I phoned around 10am to enquire about the clinic services to my surprise i was misinformed by the help desk lady, as she told me " they work with appointment and walk ins, they assist with antinental consultation and checkups) only to find that when I got o the clinic" they only work with appointments" I had to convince help desk or reception lady that I made a call to find out and I was told of walk ins... Receptionist checked with the nurse the nurse confirmed servicing per appointment nonetheless I got help after having to wait for a nurse socializing with her colleague (sale assist) I could hear their conversation in the consultation room from the waiting are for over 20 minutes...got to consult, the nurse gave me a terrible attitude just walking in just before I could say anything told my husband to wait outside, from there the attitude continued she could not help me as I have to "start at a public or government clinic first before she could assist me, she kept on confirm with the help desk lady as she did not trust that I did made an enquiry before I went to the clinic... She even told me she alone works her on way comparing to other nurses from other dischem clinics, she made me feel so small as though I was a kid and did not know why was I there, It was a terrible service did not expect such from Dischem. A total inconvenience and a waste of time...
