Dischem Clinic Bad Service

I received the worst service ever from Dischem Wonderpark. On the 8th of Feb I had an appointment booked with the clinic and as per the call centre the clinic was going to be able to give me the service I was looking for. Unfortunately at the appointment the nurse told me she was unable to give me the service for insertion of implanon as not every nurse in that Dischem can do the procedure. She advised me to buy the implanon and then call the branch directly to book with a nurse who could do the procedure but was unavailable that day. 2 days went by and I could still not secure a booking. I was told the nurse was on leave and I would be given a call upon her return. After this I submitted a query on Dischem website and they got back to me on the 11th and was promised they would find an alternative service provider. Come Monday the 13th of Feb I was informed that Dischem didn't offer the service at all. How did we go from the nurse is on leave to the service is unavailable. Today the 15th of fund I contacted the branch via Whatsapp and Email. After I got no response from either I called the branch to talk to the manager who was not bothered to take my call but rather was giving messages back n forth to whoever is the person who answers their call at Dischem Wonderpark. I understand their return policy as it is clearly stated no returns allowed on meds hence I needed to speak to the manager but he was not bothered to have the decency to hear my query. No one responded to the what's app and no one responded to the email. I am now stuck with a product I can't use as every other service provider I found want to source their own implanon and not the one I bought. This is such horrible service from such a reputable pharmacy all the way from the call centre to the wonderpark branch. I am very annoyed and disappointed and frustrated as that product cost me a lot of money. If their staff was not *********** I would not be here writing this horrible review.
