Dischem click and collect

Dischem's click n collect ar wonderpark was the worst experience ever,got there at 4:30 I was asked for my ID which was never advised on the sms had to search for a copy on my phone,the lady dissapwsred for about 5 minutes, came back took some of the pills I had ordered then disappeared again only to come back and tell me I'm on the wrong queue ,and I asked one of the staff members where to queue before I joined the queue.i was only assisted 30 minutes later.i should have just queued at the self medication then at the cashiers ,I would have spend less time that I did.
