Dischem- claiming without consent (*****)

In Jan 24 I went to Dischem Newton Park PE, with a doctors prescription for my son.i requested a single supply and asked that they don't load it as a repeat because he's only here for the holidays and going back home where he will get the meds and I retained the prescription and gave it to my son. In February they claimed without my consent, I called and they reversed it and said they will cancel it as per my request. March they did the same thing. I called and they put me on hold after explaining my problem. I went there and it was reversed. I call it ***** what they doing because they don't have any right to ***** from my medical aid without my consent. Now my child can't get his meds because it reflects as claim processed under his name.
