Dischem Centurion ***********.

I would rate 0 stars if it was allowed on Hellopeter. Dischem Centurion Mall is a pathetic excuse of a Pharmacy lately. I have been with Dischem Centurion Mall for decades and the service has become unbearable. They make use of a 3rd party delivery service that does not know what they are doing. Many times items are missing and needs to be re-delivered and always they are phoning for our address even tough I have been doing business with them for decades. The latest driver Joel does not know what the number 39 means... He says it is Dischem that is at fault, but our address is clearly on the pages. I have complained about the same at Dischem Centurion Mall with no reply. This has become a continuous problem and nuisance and I escalate the issue to Dischem Centurion (my main branch). When I complained at my main branch in Centurion I spoke with the Manger Rudy. He blatantly told me that I can go to another Pharmacy and that he does not care in the least. I will be leaving my decades running service with Dischem Centurion Mall and moving to Clicks, as it is clear that Dischem Centurion Mall is ***********. Please be careful in making use of Dishem Centurion Mall, because it is very clear that they do not care about their Clients and Customer Service.
