Dischem Cashbacks

Hi I have been a loyal dischem and discovery customer for a few years and purchase from their on a monthly basis. However, my terrible experience with them over the past 4 months is extremely disturbing. I have not received my cashbacks for the past 4 months, which amounts to approximately R1000!!

I have contacted Dischem on numerous occasions yet, they are only "escalating" the matter. This is extremely unprofessional. There has been no way forward. What a horrible experience and headache to have! I intend to spread this extremely terrible experience with them on all public platforms if not sorted immediately.
