Dischem Carlswald email scrips doesn't work

<p>I have phoned Dischem Carlswald to ask if I can mail my script through for collection later in the day. I was given the email address and it would be about one and half hour to get ready. I have maild it 11:25. When I arrived after 14:00 my script was nowhere to be found. This is after they send me a notification that they received it. After I made a big fuzz, my script suddenly appeard somewhere and they would get it ready. The normal que was much quicker. The worst part is that the staff that was helping me had a bad attitude and made me feel I was wrong and they are doing me a huge favour to try and help me. Why sould I take the effort to scan and mail prescriptions and they just don't care. Pity that bin big letters behind them stand : Pharmacists Who Care". They don't know a thing about customer service. </p>
