Dischem cape gate

Im utterly disgusted by the service i received at dischem cape gate. My son who suffers from epilepsy and HHE normally gets his script from dischem when they said doctor can email script now they just informed me i have to go to hospital to physically get script as they dont accept emails anymore. I have been struggling for a month to get this meds yet they did not inform me sooner. I have been in quarantine and have explained this to them yet they just dont care just said they cant help. My son is without chronic meds now for 2 weeks due to this hassle. I will not reccommend anyone to do business with dischem. They are not the pharmacist who care they dont even care that my 8year son is without his chronic meds. Could anyone assist me pls. My number is ***
