Phoning from a medical practice to speak to a pharmacist. 4 calls and still no joy. Phone gets cut after holding 10 minutes with each call. After explaining my frustration not one of the consultants even suggest taking my number to call back. They are too happy to say we will transfer you knowing that the calls go unanswered and eventually cut off.
