Dischem Can You Vaccinate My Child?

I usually vaccinate my kids at Dischem Vanderbijlpark President Hyper. Today I call them to make an appointment on ********** 000. The entire day I was unable to get hold of anyone. In the afternoon I called ********** 243 they put me through to Nadia who was unable to help me, telling me the 6 month vaccination is out of stock due to a measles outbreak I then asked did she mean the government subsidized one or the private one known as Rouvax she said she does not know would I like to be put through the nursing sister at Vanderbijlpark? I said their lines are down as I am trying to make an appointment thus I am now speaking to yourself to make the appointment for me. Nadia told me she will confirm & get back to me. I was then put through to Dischem Vaal Mall the lady there gave me the following number ********** to dial for Dischem President Hyper. I explained my situation and asked for an appointment I could not get an answer of the availability of Rouvax vaccine and furthermore was told that sister Neo says they are no longer working with appointments & I should just come in. Really? I asked to speak to sister Natasja who usually always assists me with the best possible health care and advice, her personality speaks volumes & sets the benchmark by which a nursing sister treats patients. I was told she is on leave and sister Neo works without appointments. I need a private vaccine of which I pay for together with administration & furthermore I purchase myself and my entire families Meds, OTC Meds, Chronic Meds, toiletries and baby products from Dischem and I am told your store no longer works with appointments? Is it a government clinic or soup kitchen or local charity? Or is this the effects of individuals who have adopted the attitude of entitlement & lack of professionalism in a basic thing like an appointment?

Please advise if the vaccine is available at any of your other stores in the Jhb region? As neither Nadia at your National Help Line Can assist me nor can sister Neo at the clinic at which I vaccinate my kids help me.
