Dischem Call Centre - Useless!!!

To start off with, I understand that companies are under pressure with Covid but it does not help when they cause more frustration. I have been waiting for a covid result which is urgent in order to be admitted into a hospital and you think that you can get hold of Dischem?!?!?! Call their number *** and wait up to 20min and when someone finally answers, you are told you need to be transferred and then BEEP BEEP BEEP. Three time this happened and the person transferring had no care in the world!!! Goodbye Dischem!!!!!!
