Dischem bunch of ******* and ******ers

Dischem has been packing less medication and delivering these, whilst charging the medical aid in full. When 8 raised this concern with Dischem I was ignored. Today they even put less medication. I am a diabetic and they left out the insulin. Informed the delivery guys and called the customer service center. Ignored, now I am worried as no insuline means a big problem for me.
