Dischem Brooklyn worst service

I've experienced the worst customer service today at Dischem Brooklyn. a staff member, i believe his name is Bokhosi, was yelling and throwing tantrums on a female customer. He was so unapologetic and he was yelling to this female customer infront of other customers. The manager tried to step in but failed to control his rage.
