Dischem Benmore Gardens and online shop- shocking service!

I am absolute appalled at the service I have received from Dischem over the last 2 weeks. I understand that in these special circumstances things are chaotic to say the least. I understand that they are probably dealing with stock issues and a huge demand for medications BUT I am unsure as to why I have tried WITH NO LUCK for 3 days to get hold of anyone who can give me any kind of feed back relating to my online order placed over a week ago! I have sat on hold just to have the operator drop my call! I have held the line numerous times for over 10 minutes with no answer! Benmore gardens is absolutely shocking at customer service and I would like to log a formal complaint. It's been 3 days and I am yet to even speak to someone who can provide ANY information to me!
