Dischem benefit points error

There seems to be a discrepancy with my dischem benefits points, at the till the points were much higher and i expected a higher balance than what is reflecting under my loyalty benefit. Interestingly enough old statements are no longer accessible so one cannot reconcile their benefit points anymore.

I am requesting a full reconcilation of my benefit points earned and spent for 2023.
