Dischem

On the morning of14th of September 2021 I was Dischem Cresta. I purchased a bottle of perfume and paid with my debit card. About a week later I discovered that the bottle was leaking and not sealed from properly at the top. At this time I had already thrown away my slip but wasn’t perturbed as I had the proof of purchase on my banking app. To my dismay even this was not good enough for the store in question to do an exchange to which I’m very disappointed over. The manager was extremely unhelpful. I for one would never again shop at any Dischem and will encourage others not to as well.
