Dischem I guess they good at dimissing the wrong way they don't know company policy they let someone get an off day since of business day they nevercbothered calling their employee that time to inform him about HEARING come thursday morning while their employee is preparing for work they call and tell him he has HEARING at 10 o'clock they accuse him od things they well know his not involved they didnt want to review cctv to show him and he wasnt given a chance to appeal 1st it was dischem south gate the manager lyton ndlovu chowed my fathers money he worked hard for now its my friend unfearly dismisal oh yeah dischem managers when they fire an enployee they get paid for, so dischem surely needs their managers to go back to the drawing board and be offered training and I suggest my friend appeals and showvthem that the mistake they said he did they must prove that he was not yet working on that ile
