Dischem - bad app and portal for Pack my Meds

The app and the portal are the most useless if have ever come across. For YEARS now I have tried to use it without any success. Tried because I want to avoid queues, but the app does not work. Tried to contact them and they just keeping asking for screenshot after screenshot, although I explained the issue in depth.
