Dischem Baby Programme

I’m incredibly disappointed with Dischem's baby bag program. I was really excited about qualifying for the baby bag after spending R1000 and reaching 28 weeks of pregnancy, expecting to receive the free baby bag. However, after qualifying when I inquired about the bag, I was told that they are out of stock. This is very disheartening, especially as my due date is fast approaching. I was looking forward to using the products in the baby bag, but at this rate, I might only receive it when my baby is several weeks or even months old, making some of the items in the bag irrelevant. I understand that stock issues can happen, but the lack of communication and the delay is frustrating, especially when it concerns expecting parents who are trying to prepare for their little one’s arrival. I hope Dischem can improve on this for the sake of future customers.
