Dischem baby clinic in Cradlestone is like an understaffed goverment hospital.

We called and spoke to Ivan who informed us we could come through to get our baby's vaccine anytime between 8:30 to 4pm. We arrived at 1:30pm with our 11 week old baby. The Cradlestone pharmacy area which had chairs scattered around and children walking around. There is no designated seating. There were three ladies standing at the "baby clinic" reception. Though when you call no one answers. The receptionist on our arrival was extremely rude and told us it does not matter what Ivan said, the sister doing the vaccines needs to have lunch. So she "cut the line". This is at 1:30pm. And just told us we wont be assisting you as the sister wants to eat lunch. This is after taking our 11 week old baby out of the house for the vaccine. To be told to leave so someone can eat. Dischem has a disgraceful attitude towards small baby's. And they should never even be regarded as having a Baby Clinic. Honestly the Cradlestone clinic acts like a understaffed public hospital. Please never waste your time and risk your baby's health taking them there.
