Dischem baby bag

After hearing about the baby bag you can get at dischem when registering I didn't waste any time I registered when I was 19 weeks they said I have to spend an amount of R850 to Qualify as I did that last week I phoned to find out when can I expect to get my baby bag as I'm 27 weeks so far they tell me I'm not registered then after the second call to them I get told they see I'm registered but have not spend anything so is it wrong of me to be upset when I get told that after every visit to them since I registered I swipe my dischem card so how have I not spend any money at them not happy with the service from them regarding this.
