Dischem Awards Card No assistance from Reception

I have been shopping at Dischem Northgate for a very long time. The management and staff are wonderful.

But on the 19th of November 2025 I had a bad experience. I went to the two ladies that is manning the reception/enquiries desk in the entrance of the store. I registered for the new rewards card but wanted to know how to download it. The one lady told me I can use it from WhatsApp. So every time I shop there I have to search my Whatsup for the card. I asked them if the still got the old card and they became very rude and told me no I then went to someone in the shopping centre who screenshot the card for me. So I went back to the shop wanting to ask the two ladies if this will be okay to use it like that. When I walked in the one picked up her phone pretending to be on a call and the other one ignored me. As I did not go away she rudely asked me WHAT NOW. I then reported them to the manager who said he will talk to them. I my way out I told them that they are rude and I hope I never have to deal with them again. Like I mentioned before in this correspondence the rest of the staff and management are fantastic. Always willing to assist me
