Dischem App. not working

What is the point of having an App if it doesn't work and you don't have anyone to support it? I have been trying for months to get the App working so that I can order my medication via the App, but to no avail. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but I still get the same error. I tried resetting my password, but still, I get the message that it is unable to sign me in. Twice I tried calling the Dischem call center and both times the representative didn't have a clue what the problem could be and advised me to call the dispensary to order my meds, which totally defeats the purpose
