DISCHEM AND THEIR STAFF ARE ABSOLUTE JOKES!

I have been waiting on an online order from Dischem since 24 December 2025. I’ve communicated with them as well as PARGO to find out what has been happening and where my order is because it was updated as delivered.

PARGO responded stating Dischem never handed the package over to them as the courier, they just updated the online status but there was no physical movement of the package itself.

With every email and call Dischem has shown no empathy, no urgency and no honesty. I need these medical items due to a chronic health condition that is now suffering and worsening by the day all because Dischem can’t deliver.

They tell me to go and pick the package up from Dischem Ottery (AFTER ASKING FOR MY ADDRESS FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED) and then when call Dischem Ottery just a few days after that email they confirm that no package has arrived.

Their complaints team show no interest, no explanation, no empathy and absolutely no care in the world.

I hope you all as well as your business receive the Karma you deserve. You are a horrible business with horrible staff members in your complaints and care line team along with your online team.
