Dischem and Pack my Meds, what a disgrace

There are 3 people on a medical aid, but it is a divorced couple. Mom and son is at one address, Dad at another address. Mom order via Pack my Meds and I saw she does not order for the dad, how ever, Dischem decides to put the script together. Further to this, every month they leave out the meds Dischem thinks is not needed. It is now month 4 and it happened again. Despite trying to get them to add a note, they just continue with the process. Dad is also collecting from a different outlet. Every month we have the same issue and to add to it, today we were told it was collected by the mom, which I know for a fact was not the case
