Dischem and Kaelo medical Aid is a ****

I took Dischem medical aid in August for me and my mother for R759 each. I was then contacted by a Dischem representative that when I put my mother as a beneficiary I would pay less for her. I did did that but a full amount of R759 was deducted for and another one for me. I then requested that they remove her as my beneficiary and her account be separated from mine like before. In September I requested that she should be removed as my beneficiary and be taken back to her original account as this was not benefitting me and she doesn't stay with me. I was told that she has been terminated but the money I paid was still for two people and that time we have not even started using the medical aid as we were told that it will be accessible after two months. Now for October I've received a message informing me that they will be debiting triple the amount which is the below. I am running around trying to get help by calling their useless call center and emailing but No One is coming to my aid... their account department is not accessible as well. I am starting to believe that this is a ****.
