DISCHEM A BUNCH OF *******!!

I ordered online from Dischem 10 March. The order was fulfilled by Benmore. They finally delivered 20 March. But not everything was there-the most expensive item was missing of course. The packing slip indicated that the item was not included but online on my orders it reflects that it was packed and shipped-TO Whom?? Not me!! I have now read several reviews regarding Dischem's shady practices concerning online deliveries. They basically stole money from me. Several attempts to contact the store or careline were a total waste of time. I even went to Dischem Olympus and they phoned on my behalf. They say they will get back to you but no one ever phones. One guy told me my account was refunded-when asked which bank account was used and which date it was refunded he could not give an answer. Dis-chem you are a bunch of ******* and should be locked up for *****ing from people!!! Be careful what goes around comes around and the way you are conducting business will backfire eventually.
