I highlighted my dissatisfaction about my experience at Dischem Norwood last week. Im sure that my complaint was seen by the management of Dischem. They did not have the courtesy to response or even to acknowledge that they are aware of my complaint. Clearly they are pharmacists who care but who and what they care about is unknown. They definitely do not care about their reputation of their customers and certainly do not care about their staff
