Myself and my wife visited Dischem in northen Paarl on the 14 of October at around just after 12 firts of all we waited about 10 min to be helped at the counter as the staff there is on there own trip slow mo . After this we went to the pay counter while we where waiting in the q the only cashier decided to help a courier firts that droppednof an parcel for dischem why customer should be served firts . After this i approached her to let her know that customers should be helped firts her whole attitude was bad she back chatted me an looked at my wife like who the hell are youb on leaving she told me the customer to **** of as well shocking how do you allow the lady to work there shocking i will go to the newpaper with this she must be gone i will never visit there again and will tell the entire paarl area .
