WELTEVREDEN BRANCH - Thiscmorning I calked at my chemist which is niw oartbif DISCHEM - unfortunately - to pick up my PREORDERED SCRIPT. I WAITED & WAITED to b served!! No one mentioned or xcused the wait due to LOADSHEDDING BUT ALSO ONLY 1 PERSON ON DUTY at the counter!!!! 😫 😫 😫 What is happening to the CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS COUNTRY - - WGY IS IT COMPLETELY ABSENT - - NO MATTER WHERE U GO all businesses seem to b lacking - - just common decency let the customer know there is a bit of a wait etc etc & appologies as a result - - - would go far!! 😫 😫 😫 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡
