Dischem

I tried to order phone in advance to pick up my prescription later, to avoid waiting. Talked to a lady - asked that she just read the prescription from the list as I do not need everything. She could not even pronounce the names that she read, e.g. for Utin she read Unit!!!! For 30 minutes she just went off the line without asking me to hold on, talking to someone there. Please, can we have better service, Dischem. Thank you for the people who do their best to do it.
