For many years Dischem has been our first choice as a Pharmacy, however the performance of your software systems is nothing less than pethetic! 1. My wife's information regarding the status of her monthly chronic medication is no longer part of my profile. I have tried to Create her own profile by downloading the app on her phone, but due to the fact that we share an e-mailaddress, your system doesn't allow me to create her profile. 2. Scripts and receipts are now e-mailed to us. I do receive the e-mails but I'm unable to open them. Neither my ID, nor my wife's ID number works. I tried to highlight the issue by phoning your careline number, but after waiting 10min for someone to answer the call, no-one was able to discuss the issue with me.
