Disc-chem nightmare online shop experience

I did on online order with Dischem online website on 16 December. I did not receive any follow up emails. I had no further communication of any kind other than to say payment had been received. There was no email giving delivery date details or tracking numbers. I have tried numerous times since Wednesday trying to locate my order and find out what has happened to my order. I was passed from one store to another and one department to another till I eventually found an online "central head office" contact number. Since then I have been promised numerous time that someone would email and phone me to confirm my delivery date. I am still waiting. I am extremely unhappy. Dischem is the most useless online shop and i would not recommend that anyone ever used Dischem for online shopping. I will never shop there again. Highly unprofessional and totally disorganised.
