Disaster at Dis-chem

Today is the day that it will be the last time I step into a Dis-Chem as I have realised that this is your new standard of service. My heart broke seeing a nurse having to leave the dispensary queue due to her needing to get back to her shift. I waited for over an hour to be assisted. Once assisted with no apology for the long wait and I saw the same for sickly people waiting in the queue for their medication. Some staff rather getting excited about a little bit of rain outside and not seeing the long queue that is snaking into the isle. Saw P.Ndlel at counter 10 who was not helped at all. With 3 tablets left on my wifes repeat she said I cannot take it until the 31 December due to medical aid won't pay. Which they have done in the past. My script was from the urologist but my medication that she gave which she insisted it was for constipation over and over again like she sat with my urologist explaining to me what its for.
