Disappointment to disappointment

<p>All began on the 5/12/2016 when after waiting in a ridiculously long queue, get told I am to early to receive my script, and that I can collect within the following 2 days being the 7/12/2016. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then complain that day 5/12/2016 no one ever phones me to inform me of when to collect my medication as this is a service they continueosly fail to complete on numerous occassions in the past. The women behind the counter then tells me she will make sure that they will call me within the next 2 days on 07/12/2016 (which doesn't happen).</p> <p> </p> <p>I then decide to give them sometime before returning to the store, and they still dont call, so on 13/12/2016, I phone in and request a package is made up, and inform them that my girlfriend will collect the items. On the 15/12/2016, I sent her in to get more different medication and we go away for the long weekend. When I return, I decide to go to the East Rand Mall Dischem as I work nearby this store, only to be told that I collected a certain blood pressure tablet already (this is not the case). The gentleman there informs me to go back to the Boksburg store and complain there and I ask my girlfriend to go back there as I dont have time with work and she is the one who dealt with them. She then is denied to see camera fotage to prove that this specific medication was not collected and informed that we have no grounds to stand on as she signed for the package and now I must pay for another bottle of blood pressure tablets because they packaged the items in the back and there is no proof that they did or did not pack these pills into the bag that my girlfriend signed for,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am highly dissapointed with this Dischem branch and will no longer use them even if it is a inconvirnce to travel further as I have heard many other people complain about this branch and prior to this never used believe them until now with such stories. </p>
