Disappointment Dischem Parkmore

Very disappointed with the new DisChem in Parkmore. There seems to be absolutely no management presence, and it shows. More than once, both my husband and I were told our repeat medication was out of stock. They promised to deliver it — but never did. This has now happened multiple times.

The shelves are empty, service is disorganised, and staff don’t seem to have any support or oversight. I honestly wonder how long this branch will last with management that appears completely uninterested in running the store properly.
