Disappointing Service from such a big brand

im highly dissapointed with Dis-chem, when i fell pregnant i was advised by many to join the dis-chem baby programme to receive my baby bag. so i did, i even spent the required amount. my baby is almost 2 months old and i haven't heard anything from dis-chem about my bag. really dissatisfied with this service and probably wouldn't support them due to this.
